Overlooking the sea, the apartment is just 50 meters from Kanali beach and a beach bar with sunbeds. Only 200 meters away, you’ll find a mini market with everything you need for your stay.
The town of Poros is less than a 10-minute walk (700 m) and is also served by a small local bus, with a stop just 7 minutes on foot from the property.

About Us
Villa Mimosa was established in 1967, but has recently been refurbished and is currently a beachside apartment rental. Ioannis Piompino, a native Greek of Constantinople, founded it after falling in love with the stunning island of Poros, which reminded him of his birthplace. He created a one-of-a-kind property with a distinct traditional feel. The next generation built a beautiful garden while avoiding overdevelopment of the site, and the third generation is currently beginning to modernize the property. Villa Mimosa currently provides the ideal combination of tradition and comfort, as well as seaside quiet and closeness to the picturesque town of Poros. Every guest becomes a member of our family. Villa Mimosa is a recommended lodging in the French travel guide Guide du Routard.

How to Get to Poros
Poros is easily accessible in several ways – choose the one that suits you best:
1. By Car
Drive via the Athens–Corinth National Road, then follow signs for Epidaurus and later for Galatas Troizinias. From the Galatas port, take a short ferry ride (with your car) to reach Poros in just 5 minutes.
- Driving time: approx. 2 hours
- Ferry: every 30 minutes
2. By Ferry from Piraeus
Board a ferry at the port of Piraeus for direct access to Poros:
- Flying dolphin: ~1 hour
- Conventional ferry: ~2.5 hours

3. By Bus
You can take a KTEL Argolida bus from Athens to Galatas (Troizinias).
- From there, board the small ferry (approx. 10 minutes) directly in front of the bus station to reach Poros.
